Molly Marsh Breaks Her Silence on Painful Split from Zachariah, Reveals Reason That Shocked the World

Love Island star Molly Marsh has spoken publicly for the first time about her split from fellow Islander Zachariah Noble, ending their two-year relationship.

The pair were fan favourites on the 10th season of the hit ITV show, finishing in fourth place. Their relationship appeared strong after leaving the villa, despite a brief split, before eventually moving in together and even welcoming a dog into their lives.

Attending the National Television Awards, with Fake Bake UK, last night at London’s O2 Arena, Molly opened up wearing her heart on her sleeve, a rare move for the reality star who usually prefers to keep personal matters private.

The former couple often attended the NTAs together, but this year Molly made a solo appearance, dazzling in a sparkly navy floor-length gown as she enjoyed the evening alongside close friends.

Reflecting on her recent breakup, Molly expressed: “Navigating my breakup from Zach has been one of the hardest things I have faced, something I have not spoken much about publicly. It has been emotional, challenging, and deeply personal, but through it all, I believe everything happens for a reason.”

Despite the personal challenges, Molly embraced the evening as an opportunity for a fresh start.

Speaking about her solo appearance at the awards, she continued: “Standing here tonight at the National TV Awards, I feel excited and ready for new beginnings. NTAs is always such a fun night and I’m looking forward to catching up with TV friends and spending the night with my Fake Bake family.”

Despite the end of their romantic relationship, Molly emphasised that they parted on amicable terms, stating: “It became apparent over time that it was the best decision for us to go our separate ways.”

Molly, who has over 1 million followers across her social media platforms, often shares glimpses into her life with fans. However, her breakup with Zachariah appeared to be a chapter she wanted to keep largely private. She said: “I never wanted to go into details as this is life and everyone can understand a level of privacy is needed in those times of change.”

Despite her desire for privacy, Molly felt it was important to acknowledge her followers’ support over the years, making them aware of the break-up.

The 24-year-old hinted at finding love again as she continued: “I just wanted to make my followers aware on a level of respect to them after their support on the show together and now would like to move on and open to find love.”

Looking ahead, Molly shared a glimpse into her future plans, both personally and professionally. She revealed: “Next for me…. Myself and my sister are Walking New York fashion week this weekend and Focusing on being in the studio creating new music.”
