Opening up about her transformation, Polly revealed she dropped from 16st to 12.5st by embracing a simple yet effective three-part method: drinking more water, eating less, and moving more. “I love that I’ve found a huge passion for fitness again because of the routine I really kept to, and still do,” she shared, glowing with pride. Now settled in Australia, Polly is thriving, soaking up the vibrant lifestyle with road trips on long weekends and basking in the sunshine. In an exclusive chat with The Sun, Polly revealed, “I speak to Beth the most, but Billy, obviously—absolutely love Billy. We’ve been out a few times together when he’s been in Sydney, and I met up with him in Perth.”
