FACE THE TRUTH: What REALLY Happened to Cara Delevingne’s Expressive Face? She Now Looks Just Like a ‘Love Island’ Contestant!

LET’S face facts, celebrities change their look as often as the rest of us take out the bins.

Cara Delevingne is the latest to suddenly appear incredibly different, showing off pouty lips and taut cheekbones at Paris Fashion Week.

The supermodel, who has previously spoken about not ruling out surgery, said in 2021: “I can’t wait to have something done.”

And she’s not the only A-lister who seems keen to reverse the ageing process.

Georgette Culley looks at stars’ changing faces, while Razvan Vasilas, an aesthetic doctor at the DRV clinic in London, gives an insight on how it could happen.

HER image was always original, but I believe she’s had a hard aesthetic reboot with jawline enhancement, facial filler and dramatic styling changes.

It makes sense – Cara is now a star of Hollywood, where a softer, more versatile canvas could help her slip into diverse roles. While speculation rages, she has never publicly admitted to cosmetic surgery or tweakments.

In 2021, she revealed she considered a boob job but never took it further.

MODEL Bella has been open about having a nose job at 14, leaving it looking slimmer and with a distinctly European appearance.

In a 2022 Vogue interview, she admitted she regretted the procedure.

While she has denied having any other work done, subtle fillers in her cheeks and lips are possible.

I THINK Hailey may have had some subtle filler in her cheeks and lips, as they appear noticeably plumper, and a nose job.

That said, Instagram photos can be deceptive – clever editing apps can make changes look more dramatic than they really are.

Hailey has denied going under the knife.

FANS are loving Lindsay’s glow-up after watching the trailer for her new Netflix film, Our Little Secret.

While the actress has previously denied plastic surgery rumours, she recently said: “Everyone does Botox.”

I suspect she may have had some, along with fillers, chemical peels and other skin treatments.

IT looks like Kate may have opted for minor fillers or subtle skin treatments – nothing too dramatic.

As an actress, she wants to stay recognisable.

She has hit out at what she called “bullying” over speculation about her looks, firmly denying she’s had surgery or trendy tweakments.

Katy Perry, 40

THE pop star was accused of transforming her face and body using fat jabs, which she denies.

But she appears to have had tweaks such as cheek fillers and possibly a lip augmentation.

She’s previously admitted having skin resurfacing and under-eye fillers, and joked about getting Botox on tour.

Miley Cyrus, 32

I RECKON Miley’s likely had buccal fat removal on the lower cheeks to create a more sculpted appearance.

Her perfect smile suggests veneers, while her refined profile points to a possible nose job.

She has stayed tight-lipped about any treatments, but fans regularly speculate on her changing image.

I had to do a double take when I saw Cara at fashion show

By Ulrika Jonsson

I FEEL compelled to wonder what’s happened to Cara Delevingne’s gorgeous face.

This is a woman of supermodel calibre who was always known for her natural and, in fact, super-distinctive beauty.

Today, however, I had to do a double take when I saw pictures of her at a recent fashion show because I almost didn’t recognise her. She might still look incredible. But, and there is a very big but, she looks different.

Because I’m assuming that, at the grand old age of 33, she’s chosen, like so many women are doing nowadays, to go down Aesthetics Avenue and get a little help from her new friends, Botox and filler.

There is nothing wrong with either treatment — one fills and the other paralyses muscles in your face.

I’ve been known to have the odd tweak over the past 20 years, but not to the point where I have become unrecognisable.

And here is where the rub lies. When we see women actually alter their faces so visibly, we are losing the person they once were.

Apart from anything else, it starts to look excessive.

I spoke to a clinical doctor recently who performs all sorts of aesthetic treatments, and his argument is always that there should be “equity” in our faces. They should look measured and evenly balanced.

Swollen lips

According to him, many women walk away with overly bloated faces, duck-like lips and skin that looks like it’s been frozen in time.

None of these looks are “natural” and they draw more attention to the work that’s been done than if the face had been left alone.

And that’s where we are now, ladies and gentlemen. Often, the first thing we notice about someone’s face is the treatments they’ve had done.

All those girls from Love Island with their swollen lips, smooth, paralysed faces puffed out with filler to stop them looking a day over 12. And yet, it’s having the opposite effect.

They are losing any character in their faces and becoming clones. It’s like the Stepford Wives of surgery.

While my comments are not intended as criticism — each to their own, and all that — it is meant to question, yet again, how this and the next generation of women are actually going to age.

Because society is not allowing them to do so naturally.

If you leave your face alone, people will say you’ve let yourself go. If you sign up to Botox and filler, people will say you’ve had work done.

Gone to seed

And I should know. A couple of months ago, when I had the audacity to appear on a podcast without make-up, I was pummelled by members of the public for daring to look my age of 58.

I was told I look rough and like I’d gone to seed.

They were possibly right. I probably do look my age.

Who knows what that looks like any more?

Because if you look at anyone from Madonna to Lizzie Cundy, they either look timeless or just completely different.

It feels so disappointing when I see faces that have been so altered by intervention.

Not because I’m against it in the slightest, but because it feels like women are paralysed by the idea of ageing, and I wish it wasn’t so.

I wish we lived in a world where you don’t have to go overboard in your fight to cling on to youth.
