We were back at the commitment ceremony in tonight’s Married At First Sight UK, as the events of last night’s dinner party came to light.
This week, Julia-Ruth and Divarni have been in the centre of the drama, as at the end of last week, it was revealed they had in fact been intimate in their relationship. However, Julia-Ruth didn’t want to make that part of their relationship public, as she was left fuming Divarni had revealed all on camera.
During the E4 show, Divarni was also left devastated when he learnt that his wife didn’t find him sexually attractive. Last night, the dinner party erupted into chaos when Leigh and Julia-Ruth butted heads, with Keye accusing Julia-Ruth of making a ‘mockery’ out of the experiment.

Things got even worse when Julia-Ruth revealed via the honesty box that she found Nelly’s husband Steven physically attractive.
Tonight, Divarni and Julia-Ruth faced the music as they sat down in front of the experts at a tense commitment ceremony. During the chat, Divarni admitted the two had started becoming intimate during the second week in the apartments, with the other participants left in shock.
Expert Paul C Brunson then asked Julia-Ruth if she was attracted to Divarni, to which she said she was, despite saying she was attracted to Steven 24 hours ago. She then admitted that making a pact not to disclose their intimacy “wasn’t the right thing to do.”
“It’s quite honestly a tremendous waste of time,” Paul added. “Divarni, I think you have been had, hoodwinked, bamboozled, led astray, run amok. If you don’t wake up, you are going to be in for a terrible life, my man. You’ve got to snap out of this.”

“Julia-Ruth, everyone has clocked you,” Paul continued. Divarni, the only person who has not clocked this, is you. This has got to change,” before the experts said Divarni had lost himself during the process.
After a long chat, it was time for the all important decision. But as Divarni said “he didn’t need to be here,” the show came to a dramatic end – not showing whether he decided to stay or leave.
However, as we know, for the couple to exit the experiment, both must decide to leave. But what will their decision be?
After last night’s episode, the bride took to social media to write: “I came into this experiment hoping for the best – a lifetime partner.
“I think I lost myself to this process, over and over. I hurt a lot of good people who loved me and to this day am still making amends with those I’ve wronged and will continue to do so.”
