Married at First Sight groom Divarni has taken a dig at ex-wife Julia-Ruth with an unexpected cameo outside of the E4 programme. The 30-year-old reality television personality wed controversial bride Julia-Ruth at the start of the experiment and matters rapidly deteriorated.
Whilst Divarni was utterly besotted with his partner, his wife soon admitted she wasn’t physically attracted to him. Friction escalated further when Julia-Ruth alleged they had not been intimate, despite the former pair having sexual relations in private.
When their fellow participants and experts discovered the truth, they supported Divarni and encouraged him to reassess the entire marriage. The duo ultimately ended things shortly after Julia-Ruth revealed the shocking news that she fancied Steven, Nelly’s spouse.

Now, the ex-MAFS groom has shared a cheeky jab at his former partner, with assistance from another reality television personality.
Posting on TikTok on Sunday, Stranded on Honeymoon Island star Mae Hunter uploaded a clip with Divarni, criticising their previous TV partners, reports OK!.
Mae, 30, endured a comparable situation on the BBC programme when her partner Moray couldn’t establish a romantic connection, despite the couple becoming intimate in private.
The footage included a tongue-in-cheek caption, stating: “Well if they’re sleeping with us. They must like us?”
This was followed by the declaration: “Their partners did, in fact, not like them.”
Reality TV enthusiasts were absolutely delighted by the surprise partnership, with one writing: “This is my favourite thing I’ve seen all year.”
Another person added: “AWWWW DIVARNI YOU WERE BRILLIANT ON MAFS SON SENDING LOVE FROM GLASGOW.”
Meanwhile, a third posted: “The collaboration I never knew we needed! I’m here for it though!”
A final viewer remarked: “It’s baffling how someone could sleep with someone they don’t like. I could never,” to which Mae responded: “Legit right.”
Julia-Ruth appeared to swiftly notice her former partner’s jibe as she also posted a TikTok clip, miming along to Ariana Grande’s hit song ‘Break Free’.
Wearing a mischievous look, the bride can be seen repeatedly raising her middle finger.

The footage was uploaded on Monday, with accompanying text stating: “When your ex can’t stop talking about you, cute.”
Supporters have surprisingly filled the celebrity’s comments with encouraging messages, despite Julia-Ruth facing criticism throughout her E4 appearance.
The South African-born participant has previously discussed her “challenging and chaotic” experience during the social experiment.
She posted on Instagram: “This process was tough, trying, challenging and chaotic but it has taught be a lot.
“I’m not the same person I was 6 months ago here on screen when this was filmed and am continuously aiming to do better.”
