A Married At First Sight star has announced she’s given birth to her first child and shared the sweet name online. Ella Ding, who appeared on the Australian edition of the dating show that aired on E4, took to social media to confirm she and her husband Guy Palermo have become first-time parents to a sweet baby girl.
Ella, 31, shared an adorable snap of her daughter and revealed her name. The new mum introduced her daughter to the world as she simply wrote: “Pia May Palermo… say hi to everyone. She entered earth-side 18.11.25 and wow I’m obsessed with this bubble.”
She shared four snaps in black and white, including one where her hubby was sweetly kissing his daughter on the cheek, and another where he was laid in bed next to their new bundle of joy.

Friends and fans rushed to send their congratulatory messages, as fellow MAFS Australia star Eden Harper wrote: “Love her sm already.”
A follower wrote: “Congratulations guys!! And welcome to the world little Pia”, while another added: “Congratulations! She is beautiful! Enjoy parenthood, it’s the greatest!” A third wrote: “Welcome Baby Pia may!!!!!! You little beauty! So proud of you and guy! You’re both going to be amazing parents.”
Ella and her husband guy met after she ended her relationship with Mitch Eynaud, who she met on the Australian version of MAFS.

Ella and Guy went public with their relationship in April 2023 and just one year after, they went on to marry one another in a surprising ceremony. Before her wedding, Ella had spoken openly about her desires to become a mum – but admitted she wasn’t in a rush.
She said: “I’m not in any rush to have children, that’s about it really. Ideally, I would like to say I would like to have kids in a year and a half to two years but I don’t know how long that could take.”
She gushed: “Waking up on my 30th birthday a wife to the man of my dreams, as she shared a glimpse into their big day. Ella told Guy in one video: “I believe every experience we’ve been through in life has prepared us to be ready for each other now.
“Guy, you are my best friend, and I love you so much. Thank you for choosing me and what I come with, quirks and all, I can’t wait to do the rest of my life with you.” Speaking about his wife, Guy said: “You are the single most beautiful person in the world to me every single day, you’re my best friend my confidant and my life partner and I’ll always feel blessed to have you by my side and I love you.”

After appearing on MAFS, but before meeting her husband, Ella came to the UK for a brief stint on Made In Chelsea where she briefly dated Miles Nazaire. Their relationship didn’t last long and Ella soon returned back to Australia where she went on to meet Guy soon after.
