FROM plastic surgeries to dramatic beauty makeovers, the stars of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives have undergone quite the transformation since their rise to fame.
It’s only been a year since the show premiered on Hulu, but the ladies, also proudly known as the #MomTok crew, look unrecognizable compared to their pre-reality-TV selves.
While many have already branched out from the series into other career ventures, the Utah natives’ looks have also evolved significantly, though some more than others.
DEMI ENGEMANN
For one, Demi Engemann has been open about her glow-up after undergoing a nose job.
This past June, the 30-year-old shared in an Instagram Story that she had a partial rhinoplasty to remove a “bump” on her old nose that “drove me nuts.”
She boasted about her plastic surgeon, Dr. John Bitner, saying, “He did a phenomenal job,” and shared an after-photo of the results.
Demi previously revealed that she’s gone under the knife for other “little tweaks” to her appearance, including breast augmentation, a tummy tuck, lip filler, chin filler, and Botox.
MIRANDA MCWHORTER
Her co-star, Miranda McWhorter, 27, is also no stranger to cosmetic procedures.
The TV personality shared in a March 2022 TikTok that she collaborated with a MedSpa and underwent Botox.
She gushed that her “eyebrows are more even” after the injections and encouraged others to do what makes them feel comfortable in their own skin.
JESSI NGATIKAURA
Another Mormon Wives star who has pursued plastic surgery is Jessi Ngatikaura, 33, and she hasn’t been shy about sharing her journey.
In August, the mom of three posted an Instagram Reel, in which she mouthed the words, “I mean, I’d rather die hot than live ugly, so if this is going to take 10 years off my life, I don’t care. I don’t want to be old anyway.”
She also appeared to have stitches under her eyes, leading fans to speculate that she received a lower blepharoplasty.
Jessi later clarified that she’d actually gotten an “under-eye skin pinch” performed by the same doctor who’d done her nostril procedure months earlier.
“It is the next day, and I thought I would come on here and explain exactly what I got done and show you my regimen in the morning, so I got a lower skin pinch, and it’s similar to a lower blepharoplasty,” Jessi revealed in a video.
She further shared that she underwent the procedure after feeling “self-conscious” about the “loose skin” under her eyes following a 20-pound weight loss.
LAYLA TAYLOR
Similar to Demi, Layla Taylor has also undergone “small tweaks” to her appearance, and she copped to all of them during a sit-down with Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast in September 2024.
“In the past four months, I’ve gotten my boobs done, my nose done and a tummy tuck and lip filler and chin filler and Botox, the 24-year-old revealed.
She explained her decision was due to wanting to “feel hot again,” as a freshly divorced, single mother of two.
“I want a new husband one day, so I had to revamp!” Layla exclaimed.
MAYCI NEELEY
Fans might also notice significant changes to Mayci Neeley‘s face since she became a household name.
The blonde beauty, 30, most notably received an AirSculpt procedure to her chin to define her jawline, which she documented on social media.
She’s also been vocal about having other beauty treatments, including Botox.
OTHER MORMON WIVES
This leaves future Bachelorette, Taylor Frankie Paul, 31, Dancing with the Stars Season 34 contestants, Whitney Leavitt 32, and Jen Affleck, 26, and Mikayla Matthews, 25.
While none of them have publicly discussed undergoing any procedures to their face, Taylor has confessed she’s considering getting a nose job.
“I want to eventually get a nose job,” Taylor told PopSugar in September, though she noted she’s hesitant to go through with the surgery.
“It’s just a time thing. I also get fearful, to be honest, of changing my face. It can be scary.”
