On Thursday evening, the Golden State Warriors played the Houston Rockets in Texas.
The Warriors won by a score of 115-113.

Steve Kerr Made Bold Draymond Green Statement

After the game, head coach Steve Kerr spoke about Green (via ESPN’s Anthony Slater).
Kerr: “I thought that was vintage Draymond. The defense, the leadership, a force, the passing… If we play well like we did tonight, we got a shot against anybody.”

Green is in the middle of his 14th NBA season (all with Golden State).
He is averaging 8.4 points, 5.6 rebounds and 5.2 assists per contest while shooting 40.6% from the field and 31.5% from three-point range in 51 games.
At 36, the future Hall of Famer still remains one of the most important players on any team in the league.
Slater also added: “Warriors celebrate maybe their most impressive win this season. They beat the Rockets in Houston despite missing Butler, Curry, Porzingis. Three two-way guys in the rotation. Podziemski 26 points. Draymond/Horford great defensively vs Durant/Sengun.”
