Chelsea youngster Jesse Derry has marked his first-team debut in the most heartfelt way by getting a tattoo that simply reads “A dream come true”.
The 18-year-old academy graduate, who made his senior debut on 4 May 2026, shared the fresh ink on Instagram, delighting fans who praised the “proper Chels” moment and his clear love for the club.
Derry made his first start for Chelsea against Nottingham Forest but was forced off after a nasty head clash with Zach Abbott in the 45th minute.
He received oxygen on the pitch before being stretchered off, though the club confirmed he was conscious, talking, and undergoing precautionary checks in hospital.
