Lindsay Hubbard Drops Bombshell: Her Shocking Screen Time in ‘Summer House’ Season 10 Revealed!

Lindsay Hubbard, the vivacious Bravo star and new mom, is shaking things up for Summer House Season 10. After welcoming her daughter Gemma with ex-boyfriend Turner Kufe in late 2024, Hubbard has confirmed she’s returning to the hit reality show—but with a twist that’s sure to keep fans buzzing. Don’t expect her to be a full-time fixture in the Hamptons house this summer. Instead, she’s redefining her role with a mix of city filming and occasional weekend drop-ins, balancing motherhood with her reality TV stardom.

A New Chapter for Lindsay: Motherhood Meets Reality TV

In an exclusive June 25 interview with Us Weekly, Hubbard spilled the tea on how her new life as a mom is reshaping her Summer House experience. “I’ll be at the summer house, like, a couple of times. I can’t not go,” she teased, making it clear she’s not abandoning the Hamptons entirely. However, her days of living in the house every weekend are behind her. “If I’m out in the Hamptons, which I hope to be the majority of the summer, then I’ll meet up. I just won’t be, like, living at the house each weekend.”

Hubbard’s focus is now on co-parenting her daughter Gemma with Kufe, whom she split from just before the Season 9 reunion aired. Despite their breakup, the duo has maintained a strong bond for their little girl. “Turner and I have a really great relationship, and Gemma is such a happy baby, and I really attribute that to the good vibes that Turner and I have,” Hubbard shared. “He’s such an incredible dad… He’s obsessed with her. He’s active and he’s involved.”

While romance rumors swirl, Hubbard isn’t rushing into anything. “I think as we figure out what [our] next steps look like, then I can figure out when I’m ready for my personal next steps,” she said, keeping her focus squarely on parenting for now.

City Vibes and Hamptons Hype: Hubbard’s Season 10 Plan

Hubbard’s reduced Hamptons presence doesn’t mean she’s fading from the spotlight. The Summer House crew will also film in New York City, and Hubbard hinted she’ll be carrying the load there. “We also film in the city. So I’m assuming I’m gonna be doing a lot of the heavy lifting in the city,” she explained. This shift promises a fresh dynamic, with Hubbard bringing her signature energy to urban scenes while popping into the Hamptons for select summer moments.

On June 17, Hubbard took to Instagram to confirm her return, posting a vibrant carousel of photos and behind-the-scenes clips. “BFFR of course I’m coming back this summer 💃🏼,” she wrote, adding, “It’s just going to look a little different for me since I’m a whole ass mom now 🤱🏼.” Her co-stars couldn’t contain their excitement, with Ciara Miller commenting, “Thank god and bring Gemma babe,” and Amanda Batula joining in with equal enthusiasm.

Summer House Season 10 Shake-Ups: Who’s In, Who’s Out?

While Hubbard’s return is a win for fans, Season 10 will see some major changes. Paige DeSorbo, a fan favorite, shocked viewers by announcing her exit in June. “I’ve made the decision not to return to Summer House,” she shared on Instagram Stories. “Being part of this show has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my life.” Lexi Wood also bid farewell after a tumultuous season, reflecting on Instagram, “Well… That wasn’t the summer I signed up for, but it definitely taught me a lot. Big things are coming! Stay tuned!” Newcomer Imrul Hassan followed suit, confirming on June 18, “I’ve decided not to return for another season of Summer House — I know, shocking!”

As Summer House Season 10 gears up to start filming in the coming weeks, all eyes are on Hubbard to see how her new role as a mom, co-parent, and part-time Hamptons visitor will play out. Will her city-centric scenes steal the show? And what surprises await in the Hamptons? One thing’s for sure: Lindsay Hubbard is ready to make waves, even if she’s not crashing at the house every weekend.
