Married at First Sight UK star Leigh Harris has revealed she is ‘dealing with a lot’ in a heartbreaking confession.
The reality star was paired up with fellow bride Leah Tyrer at the beginning of the experiment but they called it quits during final vows.
Despite leaving the show single, Leigh has been sharing upbeat posts on social media, often alongside 2025 groom Davide Anica. But she has now taken to TikTok to set the record straight about what’s really going on behind the scenes.
“I know that my social media can be quite deceiving from what I’ve posted recently and you might think that everything’s great and everything’s fine,” she shared in a recent video.
“But in reality, I’m still dealing with a lot, I’m processing quite a lot. I’m anxious, I’m not feeling my best. I’m going through a fair bit in my personal life.”
The star shared a clip from her car, in which she stopped driving after being hit with a wave of emotions.
Speaking in a voiceover, she added: “I just thought it was important to share that so that people can see that it doesn’t matter what you post on social media.
“It doesn’t matter how happy you look in a picture. Real life gets in the way and we are all going through it and we are all the same.”
Leigh concluded: “I just think it’s important to say that ‘It’s okay to have days where you feel okay and you pick yourself up.’
“And then it’s also okay to have days where you fall apart and you’re not feeling your best. And you have to use everything in you to try and keep going.”

I have peaks and troughs but I’m just trying to feel everything as much as I can and move through it knowing that the bad moments don’t last forever. I’ve learnt over the years that even if you feel like you have the world on your shoulders, life doesn’t have to stop. I was on my way to do food shopping when this wave of sadness/anxiety/frustration hit me and all I wanted to do was drive home, get in bed and sleep it away but I didn’t. I sat outside the supermarket, gave myself a moment to let the emotions move through me, breathed it out and carried on. It’s not always easy and if you do need to bed rot, that’s ok too! But just remember that YOU are the only person who is ever going to 100% show up for yourself. So if you do have it in you to push through it, try with everything in you. Better moments are always coming. I choose through every difficult time in my life not to let pain control me as much as it tries to. The bride opened up even more in the video’s caption, stating: “I’ve learnt over the years that even if you feel like you have the world on your shoulders, life doesn’t have to stop.”
She went on to explain that she had been hit with a “wave of sadness/anxiety/frustration” while driving to buy groceries but managed to “breathe it out and carry on”.
Her close friend Davide was quick to comment, penning: “I’m so proud of you my love.”
Since the show aired its explosive reunion, Leigh’s ex Leah has revealed she is currently dating professional footballer Maz Pacheco.
Maz is defender for Everton and has known the MAFS bride for 13 years but they only sparked their romance after Leah left the show.
