BLUES LAND FIRST BLOOD! Chelsea’s Sensational “Concrete” Raid for the 20-year-old – Man Utd on RED ALERT.

In a stunning twist that’s set the transfer market ablaze, Chelsea have surged ahead in the race for Brazilian sensation Vitor Roque, the 20-year-old ex-Barcelona forward who’s been lighting up Palmeiras since his February switch. With the January window looming, the Blues are reportedly launching a full-throttle assault, leaving rivals Manchester United scrambling on high alert!

Sources from Sky Sports Switzerland reveal that while both Premier League giants have eyes on the prodigy, Chelsea’s moves are “much more concrete,” positioning them as the clear frontrunners. Roque’s camp is bracing for bids around the €50million (£44m) mark come New Year, and Stamford Bridge insiders see him as the perfect long-term gem to bolster their youth-driven squad.

But Palmeiras aren’t rolling over easy. Brazilian powerhouse Globo Esporte reports that despite a barrage of inquiries from top clubs—some even dangling offers exceeding the £22m they paid for him—the board is digging in their heels, slamming the door on any talks for now.

Roque himself turned heads by snubbing a lucrative €35m (£31m) escape to Saudi Arabia, deeming it a misstep for his skyrocketing career. As the World Cup hype builds, the young star reaffirmed his loyalty at season’s end: “I’m very happy at Palmeiras. I think today I’m focused here and, of course, there will always be interest, but right now my desire is to stay.”

He added, “I’ve already had an offer from Saudi football, yes, but we felt it wasn’t the right time, and the same goes for teams in Europe from the first to the second division. But I feel that now is not the right time. I’m happy at Palmeiras, focused on Palmeiras, and that’s what matters most as we head into 2026.”

With 16 goals in Serie A last season—starting 24 of 33 matches—Roque’s form screams potential. Chelsea’s aggressive push could be the game-changer, but with Man Utd lurking, this saga is far from over. Stay tuned—the Blues might just seal the deal!
