Lakers Ahead Of Pacers Clash

Before losing to the Pistons, the Lakers had been in the middle of a nine-game winning streak.

They are still the third seed in the Western Conference with a 46-26 record in 72 games.

On the road, the Lakers have gone 23-14 in the 37 games they have played away from Crypto.com Arena.

Smart has been a valuable addition to the Lakers.

He had been coming off stints with the Washington Wizards, Boston Celtics and Memphis Grizzlies over 12 total seasons.

In 2022, Smart won the Defensive Player of The Year Award.

Pacers Before Lakers Come To Town

The Pacers have had a very tough season after reaching the 2025 NBA Finals.

They are the 15th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 16-56 record in 72 games.

Over their last ten games, the Pacers have gone just 1-9 (and they are 10-25 at home).

Following the Lakers, they will play their next game on Friday when they remain in Indiana to host Kawhi Leonard and the LA Clippers.
