Former Love Island Star Officially Debuts a Completely New Look After Cosmetic Surgery

Hannah Elizabeth, the 35-year-old Love Island icon, has once again turned heads with her stunning, cosmetically enhanced figure. The reality star, who rose to fame on the inaugural series of Love Island in 2015, recently took to Instagram Stories to showcase her transformed physique in a striking green and white bikini, leaving fans in awe of her bold new look.

In one captivating mirror selfie, Hannah flaunted her tiny waist, curvaceous hips, and her signature Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) results, accentuated by a prominent thigh tattoo. Another snap captured her lounging on a sunbed, her bronzed skin glistening under the sun as her sculpted curves and enhanced bust took center stage. The images radiated confidence, with Hannah embracing her revamped silhouette.

Last year, Dr. Omar, a cosmetic surgeon at CREO Clinic, revealed to Hello! that Hannah’s transformation likely came with a hefty price tag, estimating around £32,000 for her procedures. “I’d estimate £8,000 for a rhinoplasty, £8,000 for facial surgery, £6,000 for a breast augmentation, and £10,000 for a BBL,” he explained. He emphasized, however, that safety and the expertise of medical professionals should always take precedence over cost.

Hannah, a proud mother of one, has been refreshingly candid about her cosmetic journey. Last year, she shared a video on Instagram of her surgeon administering injections during her BBL procedure, reassuring followers, “I’m not feeling any pain, the area has all been numbed, and I’m so excited to show you the result at the end.” Her openness has earned her praise from fans, who admire her transparency and confidence.

The reality star’s journey hasn’t been without challenges. Recently, Hannah faced health setbacks, landing in A&E twice due to a mysterious condition. She shared her frustration with followers, stating, “This is so bad I can’t cope with this HELL,” following an unexpected hospital stay for “last-minute surgery.” Despite these hurdles, she remained professional, apologizing to brands for her inability to work or respond to messages, promising a swift return once she’s recovered.

This isn’t the first time Hannah has showcased her post-BBL glow. In March, she shared a photo flaunting her tanned physique and cascading curls, modestly hiding her face behind her phone. Fans flooded the comments with adoration, with one calling her a “fine work of art,” another dubbing her “gorgeous,” and a third proclaiming her “hot and stunning.”

Hannah’s rise to fame began on Love Island’s debut season, where she reached the final alongside ex-boyfriend Jon Clark. She returned for the 2024 All Stars series but struggled to find love, exiting the villa on day 16. Beyond Love Island, Hannah was in talks for Celebs Go Dating and narrowly escaped disaster when a limo carrying her and other reality stars, including TOWIE cast members, crashed en route to Creamfields 2025.
