Chelsea have officially unveiled a massive new sponsorship agreement, marking a bold “statement of intent” just in time for their Premier League clash against Burnley at Stamford Bridge this weekend.

The Blues have confirmed IFS as their new front-of-shirt sponsor for the remainder of the season. Described as the world’s leading Industrial AI provider, IFS’s logo will make its debut on Chelsea’s home kit during Saturday’s match against Burnley. The women’s team will also showcase the sponsor on Sunday when they take on Manchester United in the FA Women’s Cup.
This multi-year global partnership goes beyond the pitch, integrating IFS’s advanced software and AI agents to enhance precision in club operations. The collaboration aims to leverage cutting-edge technology to drive efficiency and innovation across all aspects of the club.
Chelsea president Jason Gannon expressed his enthusiasm in a statement: “We are incredibly proud to partner with IFS and leverage their leading-edge AI software to help propel the club to even greater success. This partnership is a statement of intent to keep leading in this field, harnessing the opportunities advanced technology brings and unlocking the power of AI to improve everything we do on and off the pitch.”
IFS chief executive Mark Moffat echoed the sentiment: “In sport, as in industry, the margins are small, the stakes are high, and the right decision at the right moment is everything. That’s the global economy. Chelsea FC holds itself to that same uncompromising standard, and that shared ambition is exactly why we’re proud to be their Principal Partner.”
This marks the third straight season Chelsea have introduced a temporary front-of-shirt sponsor. Previously, Infinite Athlete, an American sports data technology firm, stepped in at the end of September 2023 and featured throughout the 2023/24 campaign. They continue as a club partner, now appearing on training kit sleeves, but did not extend to match shirts for the current season.
No sponsor was secured for the 2024/25 season until April 2025, when Dubai-based property developer DAMAC filled the role for the final month of last season. With IFS now on board for the last three months of the current campaign, Chelsea will have operated with a shirt sponsor for less than half of the past three seasons.
The club’s last long-term front-of-shirt sponsor was telecommunications giant Three, whose deal ended at the close of the 2022/23 season, paving the way for Infinite Athlete shortly after.
Fans are in for an exciting reveal this weekend as the new IFS-sponsored kits take center stage, signaling Chelsea’s commitment to technological advancement and on-field dominance.
