A POPULAR Married At First Sight UK star has revealed she was rushed to hospital as she made her way to an event.
The MAFS star, who shot to fame on the E4 reality show in season six, shared a worrying photo of herself from a hospital bed, hooked up to machines.

Married At First Sight star Marilyse Corrigan, 41, was on her way to a showbiz bash when she was taken very ill.
The reality star shared a video and pictures of herself hooked up to medical equipment.
Sharing her pain on Instagram, she said: “Was going to Liverpool for a Hollyoaks party but ended up in hospital!
“Suspected kidney infection. Not good!”
The next clip showed her in a hospital gown and lying on a bed, and she wrote: “No wonder been in so much pain, sick and doubled over.
“CT scan has confirmed a burst appendix, not a kidney infection.
“Need an op asap. I always have the best luck.”
She followed this with a slide that saw her hooked up to machines.
“24 hours in Manchester Royal Infirmary with a burst appendix and still waiting for what should be an emergency op!” the unwell star said.
She also revealed she was “on morphine” and also “couldn’t walk”.
TOUGH TIME
Marilyse has had a tough few months.
In August, The Sun revealed how she had split from her new love after believing she had finally found “The One”.
The reality star went public with her new romance in September last year, telling fans that she had “found happiness” after suffering heartbreak on the main series.
However, just a year later, Marilyse and her mystery man, who is not part of the reality world. went their separate ways.
A source told The Sun Online: “Marilyse is really upset and can’t believe she’s ended up single again.
“She was dumped over text after falling head over heels.

“It was a whirlwind romance and in hindsight she feels she was love bombed.”
“Lovebombing” is a term used to describe those who try to win over someone’s affections by quickly showering them with excessive gestures – including compliments, gifts and declarations of love – in order to ‘secure’ the person’s trust and love.
In many cases, lovebombing results in an intense emotional attachment, which some use to then manipulate or control the person involved.
However, in her Instagram post from hospital she did mention she was with her “bf”, so this could mean she has reunited with her boyfriend.
FINDING FAME
Marilyse first shot into the public eye by participating in the sixth series of the E4 reality show in 2021.
She was matched by the experts with Franky Spencer, a former soldier and a strength and conditioning coach.

Despite ups and downs, the pair confirmed their vows in the final episode and planned to move forward together away from the programme, but they split four months later after their romance “dried up” and they became “more like friends”.
Marilyse told The Sun at the time: “A few weeks after the reunion we went our separate ways, we didn’t even fall out, we just mutually agreed that maybe we were not each other’s future.
“It’s really sad as we got on really well and Franky has a heart of gold but outside the experiment, I had to think, ‘Do I want to be with this person forever?’”
Marilyse then went on to date Matt Murray, a groom who took part in the MAFS experiment in 2022, and had famously ditched his bride for another on the programme.
However, after just six months together they split as well, with Marilyse later explaining it felt “too intense”.
