MARRIED At First Sight UK bride Julia-Ruth has shockingly claimed that her ex-husband Divarni wanted to recouple with another bride who snubbed him in a brutal way.
Julia-Ruth and Divarni, who were married on the hit E4 show, had a tumultuous time during the experiment and ultimately did not last.

After they got off to a rocky start, it was then revealed that Julia-Ruth had slept with Maeve’s husband Joe and was planning dates with Nelly‘s ex Steven.
But now it has been sensationally claimed that Divarni had his eye on another bride and tried to get with her before she “laughed in his face”.
Speaking on the Just Call Me Audrey podcast, the controversial 2025 bride revealed how when she and Divarni were breaking up, he tried to get back with her.
Standing firm on her decision not to get back with him while at the Couples’ Retreat, Julia-Ruth said no, which then saw Divarni make a massive U-turn and try to woo another bride on the show.
“At the couple’s retreat, we got there and then, you know, he obviously left that night and then we had dinner party and everything.
“Then I had the producers in my room that night before saying like, ‘Do you want to stay? Is there anything we can do?’ And I was like, ‘Absolutely not.’
“Then we go to the commitment ceremony couch the next day. We say our goodbyes. Divarni cries, does all the whole thing.”
She then said: “But basically what happened was is we got back from the retreat.
“Divarni sent me a text message on the production phones and said, ‘Can we stay in the same room that night?’ And I was like, ‘Absolutely f**king not.’
“Like, we’ve just been through the couple’s retreat. Why the hell are we staying in the same room tonight?”
She then explained how he packed up his things and then regifted a box of half-eaten chocolates to another bride.
He allegedly told the bride, “You look like my baby mama” and expressed how he wanted to recouple up with her in the experiment and stay in longer.
Julia-Ruth explained how he tried to recouple up with the bride, who had already left the experiment.
She said: “But basically, that’s the reason why I was so upset is because there’s this whole thing of like, oh, why did you stay?
“But I said no to messaging Steven.”
Julia-Ruth then confirmed that she was presented with an opportunity by production to possibly recouple and Divarni was not presented with that opportunity too, but wanted to.
She then explained how he “gave chocolate to this person was like ‘let me stay’.”
Julia-Ruth then sensationally revealed: “But basically she laughed in his face and was like absolutely not no.”
