RHOM’s Dr. Lenny Hochstein Sued for Pressuring Patient Into High-Risk Surgery – Disastrous Results!

Dr. Lenny Hochstein, the famed plastic surgeon and former star of Real Housewives of Miami, is once again at the center of controversy. Known as the “Boob God” for his cosmetic expertise, Hochstein now faces a bombshell lawsuit from content creator Tanya Draskovic, who accuses him of botching a complex breast surgery and concealing its dangers. Filed on June 13, the malpractice complaint paints a grim picture of a high-risk operation gone wrong, leaving Draskovic scarred, in pain, and seeking justice.

A Risky Procedure With Devastating Consequences

In October 2022, Draskovic underwent a trio of elective procedures under Hochstein’s care: a mastopexy (breast lift), an implant exchange, and a capsulectomy to remove scar tissue from a prior implant. According to the lawsuit, Hochstein failed to disclose the heightened risks of combining these procedures into a single-stage surgery. Instead of recommending a safer, staged approach, he allegedly pushed Draskovic into the operation without fully explaining its “nature and extent,” depriving her of the chance to make an informed decision.

The consequences were catastrophic. Draskovic claims she suffered “foreseeable complications” and “permanent injuries,” including capsular contracture—a painful condition where scar tissue tightens around the new implant, causing hardening and deformity in her breast. She also developed adhesive capsulitis, or “frozen shoulder,” in her left shoulder, resulting in stiffness, pain, and loss of motion. The fallout? Excruciating pain, disfigurement, mental anguish, and the need for costly corrective surgeries.

A Pattern of Malpractice?

This isn’t the first time Hochstein’s surgical practices have come under fire. The lawsuit notes that he has faced multiple malpractice suits in the past, raising questions about his track record as a surgeon. Draskovic’s complaint alleges that Hochstein neglected his duty to disclose all material risks, complications, and reasonable alternatives, a critical step in ensuring informed consent. Her legal team argues that his failure to do so directly led to her suffering.

Estimating damages exceeding $50,000, Draskovic is leaving the final amount to a “fair and just jury.” With Hochstein already paying $15,000 a month to his ex-wife, RHOM star Lisa Hochstein, a substantial judgment could strain his finances—though, as a seasoned surgeon, he likely carries malpractice insurance to cover such claims.

The Fallout and What’s Next

Draskovic’s lawsuit doesn’t just seek compensation for medical expenses and corrective surgeries; it also demands accountability for the “pain, disfigurement, and mental anguish” she endured. The case shines a spotlight on the risks of cosmetic surgery and the importance of transparency between doctors and patients. For Draskovic, the physical and emotional toll has been immense, and she’s determined to hold Hochstein accountable.

As the legal battle unfolds, the spotlight is back on Hochstein, whose personal and professional dramas continue to make headlines. Somewhere, Lisa Hochstein might be watching this unfold with a knowing smile. For now, the focus remains on justice for a patient who trusted the “Boob God” and paid a steep price.
