In a chilling turn of events, reality TV stars Charlotte Crosby and Lateysha Grace have sounded the alarm after discovering their baby monitors were allegedly hacked, leaving them feeling violated and vulnerable. The former MTV personalities, known for their vibrant presence on shows like Geordie Shore and The Valleys, revealed that strangers may have been secretly watching intimate moments, including breastfeeding their children, through their Wi-Fi-connected baby monitors.

Lateysha Grace, 32, who first captured audiences’ attention on The Valleys (2012-2014) and later appeared on Big Brother in 2016, was left “shook to the core” after a disturbing incident. She recounted the terrifying moment on her Instagram Story, warning her followers about the potential dangers of smart baby monitors. “Guys, a woman just said ‘hello’ through the baby monitor,” she shared, her voice trembling with disbelief. “We got them just yesterday, and me, Wynter, and my fiancé all heard it. I’m absolutely freaked out! Has this ever happened to anyone before? What do I even do?” Alongside a crying emoji, she expressed her fear that someone could have been spying on her children through the device.
In a follow-up post, Lateysha revealed the brand of the cameras her fiancé had purchased, adding, “I feel sick to my stomach thinking someone could have been watching my kids. We’re sending them back first thing.” She also reached out to her followers for recommendations on safer, more secure baby monitors, desperate to protect her family’s privacy.

Echoing her friend’s distress, Charlotte Crosby, 35, who rose to fame on Geordie Shore in 2011 and won Celebrity Big Brother in 2013, reposted Lateysha’s story to amplify the warning. The mother and TV star, who also hosted Just Tattoo of Us and starred in her own series, The Charlotte Show, shared her own unsettling experience with a hacked baby monitor. “This is a real thing, and it’s scary!” she wrote, punctuating her message with three exclamation marks. “People have been hacking into baby monitors! They’re able to watch the entire feed and have been watching mothers breastfeeding—it’s absolutely awful!”
Charlotte went on to explain the root of the issue, noting that hackers can exploit Wi-Fi connections, a feature common in most modern baby monitors. “When I was reading the reviews, all of them were saying hackers get in via the Wi-Fi connection, so basically, any monitor with built-in Wi-Fi can be hacked,” she revealed. Determined to help other parents avoid the same nightmare, Charlotte shared a link to a baby monitor she claims is hack-proof, urging her followers to make the switch.
