Two reality stars have reportedly entered talks to appear on next year’s edition of Celebrity Big Brother. The spin-off of the hit reality show was back on ITV2 earlier this year and saw soap star Jack P Shepherd, who has played David Platt on Coronation Street since 2000, take the crown but now it’s been claimed which two famous faces are gearing up to the enter the house next.
Over the years, several reality stars have been thrown into the mix, with Charlotte Crosby and Scotty T of Geordie Shore fame both having walked away as winner in recent years. When the programme was revived by ITV in 2023, Ibiza Weeknder star David Potts won the public vote, after competing against Lauren Simon, who became known to the public through her appearances on The Real Housewives of Chesire.
Now, Amanda Cronin, who features on the newly-launched London edition of the global Bravo franchise, is said to have be negotiating a deal to appear on Celebrity Big Brother, after she and co-star Juliet Angus went viral on social media that saw her yell: “Go back to Paddington” at her fellow housewife.

What’s more, The Sun has reported that Junaid Ahmed is also set to take part, more than two years after he started appearing on The Only Way Is Essex and became one of the programme’s most controversial figures.
The Mirror has contacted representatives for comment. Junaid is known for striking up a relationship with Joe Blackman, who was previously the boyfriend of his best friend, Harry Derbidge.
Junaid and Joe are now settled into their own relationship but no longer feature alongside the other regulars, having become ostracised from the group.
Harry is the cousin of original TOWIE cast member Amy Childs, who competed on Celebrity Big Brother herself in 2011. The whole drama meant that Joe and Junaid were amongst the co-stars she had banned from her upcoming wedding to Billy Del Bosq.
During a recent appearance on Good Morning Britain, she was pressed on her apparent feud with Joe Blackman, who quickly struck up a relationship with Junaid Ahmed shortly after he had split from her cousin Harry Derbidge, after they had planned to tie the knot.

She said: “There is a few people not invited. Let’s keep it real [Joe and Junaid] are not invited, no, they’re not. What they obviously done to Harry. But I’m not gonna talk about that this time in the morning.”
After refusing to go into the matter any further, Amy then shared that she has pushed the wedding back to next year despite initially having planned to have it in the coming weeks.
She said: “The wedding’s gonna be lovely. I’ve organised nothing, not organised the venue, not organised my dress. So good luck to me next year getting married!
“We were supposed to get married this September, but we’re doing it next year, and I’m really excited, but I’ve got nothing organised!”
