ONE BRIDE ELIMINATED, A MILLION HEARTS WON! The Entire ‘MAFS UK’ Cast Rallies Against This Controversial Decision!

Married at First Sight UK star Maeve has been flooded with support after her devastating departure from the social experiment.

The 29-year-old aesthetics practitioner married fitness instructor Joe, 31, at the beginning of the show and initially appeared to connect well.

The pair even professed their love for each other, but things went downhill after Joe confided in fellow groom Ashley that he was unsure about his feelings.

Maeve began doubting their union when Joe abandoned her to visit relatives following his grandfather’s tragic passing.

After being absent for crucial moments in the experiment, the groom made his shocking comeback this week and officially ended things with his spouse, reports OK!

The Geordie bride was forced to face another commitment ceremony solo but maintained her dignity throughout. Looking back on her experience, Maeve admitted: “I did feel heartbroken this week.”

“I deserve better, I deserve answers and I know that I deserve respect,” she went on.

Becoming tearful, she said: “I might not be going out with a husband but I’m going with friends that actually love me and that just means so much to me.”

Her instincts about her newfound friendships proved spot-on, as they all rushed to her defence following Monday’s (October 27) episode.

She continued to laud her co-star’s newfound confidence and self-belief, adding: “Grateful to have watched you grow so beautifully.”

Latecomer Leisha also posted a heartfelt message for Maeve on Instagram, stating: “This queen deserves the world she is the purest soul with the kindest heart.”

Fan-favourite Keye dedicated an Instagram post to the bride, gushing: “Since the day I had the god d**n honour of meeting her, my world has been softer, safer, brighter.”

Despite his absence from the commitment ceremony, Joe penned a letter explaining his decision to exit the show, citing that he realised Maeve was not his “forever person”.
